I pick up the best fabrics sometimes from yard and estate sells. So much cheaper than I can usually find online. Are you suggesting that you hand sew aprons to get the best results? Seems like an awful lot of hard work. Wouldn't a sewing machine give you the same effect. They did use them back then you know.

      Zoey,

You're right. Sewing machine embroidery is great. There are a lot of really good embroidery machines on the market. Out of my price range though. Adding some hand work on aprons is a little extra work, but worth it.
