		<description>I&#039;m 54 years old and have never heard the term sloper pattern before, not in school and not from any of the dressmaking books I&#039;ve read.
I now intend to make a basic pattern. I&#039;ll let you know how it goes.

How wonderful.  I pulled my manual.  The only place the manual mentions placing a &quot;drop of sewing machine oil&quot; in on the center pin of the shuttle and shuttle race.  See arrows in the diagram I&#039;ve inserted.  Good luck! She&#039;s a beautiful little machine!</description>
