Start with a classic two-piece suit, preferably in tweed, This suit should have two deep pleats in the skirt. Preferably this suit should have brass buttons. Add a white crepe blouse. Top the look off with a felt sailor hat (Chanel loved hats) and bottom the look off with a pair of low-heeled pumps.
