I purchased this mannequin at clothing store’s going-out-of-business sell. Total cost $20.00.
I’m using it as a dress form. The upper portion is made of a styro-foamy type of material-perfect for stick pins. The base is adjustable and the form is well built and portioned. On top of that it came with a “form” covering which I can remove and launder when necessary. I forgot to mention it’s also very sturdy.
I’ll name her Judy.
